How long do orders take?

Warehouse processing is typically 3–4 business days. Standard ground then runs 4–7 business days. You will get a tracking note after the carton ships.

What does shipping cost?

Standard is $7.95 under $70 and free at $70+. Three-day is $30, or free at $130+.

How do returns work?

Site orders have a 101-day window. Email [email protected] with your order number. Black Friday / Cyber Monday and Final Sale pieces may be excluded. Retail-store purchases go back to that store.

How should I pick a size?

Use the size guide. Underwear is based on waist, socks on shoe size, shirts on chest. If you sit between two sizes, most people size down for a closer brief fit and size up for lounge.

Do you restock sold-out colors?

Core blacks and greys rotate often. Seasonal prints may not return. Join the email list from the footer for restock notes.
